I order a hugh order from them all the time because I have a household of 8. Every time I go there my order gets screwed up! I act polite as always and get my order screwed up again. The manager on Western Avenue apologizes but never compensates me for my whole order, instead he offers to replace very little. This last time I get cold disgusting fries that have been sitting under the warmer for a while I'm sure, don't get all of my Mc Doubles, went in polite to get it fixed,,the employee trys to give me medium fries instead of large like I ordered, I tell her and she questions me so I offered the receipt. Then I get home and there are no pickles on two of my Mc Doubles and 1 pickle on another two. I call the manager and he says he will replace only 2 of Mc Doubles instead of all 4. Not acceptable! Bad customer service, poor drive thru...and I will start going to burger King since they get my order right all the time and never give me crap. I hate being treated like I'm trying to scam them. I'm sure some people try to get free food and act like idiots when their order does get screwed up. Nope not me, polite all the time because I worked for fast food in the past and have even worked for Mc donalds as a teenager.
