Haraeus Kulzer is based in Armonk, N.Y., and has production and distribution facilities in South Bend, Ind., and Toronto. Heraeus Kulzer was formed through the merger of five dental companies: Heraeus, Kulzer, Bayer, Jelenko and Cavex.
