I was in tremendous pain I was seen in the ER on Saturday and told to follow up with an orthopedic doctor. The doctor the hospital suggested was not under my plan . Therefore I called my insurance company they recommended this specialist Grover. I called his office and talked to Connie ,who said they can't do anything without my x ray. I told her I had them on disc, she said she needed the transcript. I called the ER and they faxed the information over in 10 min. I called Connie back at least 3 times . Who kept telling me she will call back as soon as she talks with DR. Grover. 3.5 hours later she still never called back. I get someone to drive me over to the office. And when I got there Connie was so unprofessional she would not even come to the window to speak with me. I asked for the office manager and the person sitting at the desk said she was that Connie was the office manager. Then Connie said from where she was the doctor doesn't handle elbows. I said she could have told me that 3.5 hours ago instead of continually lying to me and saying she will call me back and that she did not get the hospital's fax . I hope this doctor gets rid of this woman she is unprofessional in every way. To know that someone is in pain and not offer some type of empathy, or compassion she does not belong in the health field. I don't even know if that doctor does elbow surgery or if she was lying about that. I called my insurance company and put in a complaint . I will also call the BBB and see if I can file a complaint with them as well. DON'T USE THIS OFFICE. This was the worst serve ever by health Care provider's office.
