They have treated me so w bell. I even called them at night when I would forget get to order my oxygen and I would leave my name and phone number which my order. They have always made sure I had what I needed and deliver it every week on the same day if I have a emergency I have called them twice and they would come fix my problem if it wasn’t a emergency they were there the day and time they told me they would be. There great.
I suppose the woman who handles the CPAP equipment *could* be more rude and unhelpful, but she would have to work at it. Every time I've been in there she behaves as if I'm an inconvenience rather than a patient. When I got my new CPAP, she didn't have basic knowledge as to how it worked and couldn't answer many of my questions. I had to go home and look up the manual on the Internet! By the time I was finished reading the manual, I knew more about the way it functioned than she did. I feel sorry for other people with sleep disorders who have to face this abrasive woman.
