I love the whole staff at Dr. Hardy's office!! I used to be so scared of the dentist. To start me off, Dr. Hardy offered me some gas to help me relax. Once I was aware of how kick back I could be, I didn't even need it anymore!! It's actually some relaxing mommy time to just relax in the chair with my head phones in!!

My husband, my children and I have been going to Dr. Hardy, DDS, for over 35 years. In all that time, his care has been outstanding and consistent.

His hygienists and clerical staff are efficient and so kind. They always greet you with warm smiles and remember every name and also ask, “How are the kids?” etc.

They have kept our teeth sparkling and healthy. Dr. Hardy has seen all of us through wisdom teeth extractions, repairs, etc. and is virtually painless. Is it possible to have a painless root canal? You do with Dr. Hardy.

We highly recommend them all. They are great with children too!

Recommended to all my friends and family. Soft spoken and gentle. My children are thrilled to have their cleanings every 6 mos. My sons 1 and only filling he asked "so when do I have the shot?" as Dr. Hardy was fininshing the enitre procedure. Beautiful work and a great staff!

New to Sonora? Go to this Dentist. I personally think Dr Hardy and his nurse are awsome! I had Surgery done by him and he did the work and saved my bridge.It would have cost me thousands more. I also feel the Man is Honest and soft spoken,I feel he is the best sedation Dentist in Sonora No Question.I am scared of dentist chairs and Dr Hardy made me at peace with the operation.

I was addressed and payed for the problem of decay in my bone. I will say one thing I do not like and I would be there more often if he took payments. I know may people who left, all because of the few bad apples that may have ruined it for the honest people. If you move to Sonora and need a Good Dentist Dr Hardy is awsome. I lived my life in a dentist chair from a bad dentists and I was referred to him. I like him and if he took payments I would see him more often.Good Dentists in a small town need. I was new to the area and you better be carefull.I was taken to the cleaners before I met Dr Hardy.

I highly recommend Dr Hardy. After years of extensive dental work I was relieved to find a dentist who was so gentle and patient that I could completely relax during my appointment. He recommended that I get a partial instead of an implant (saving me thousands of dollars) even though other dentists had encouraged me to have the more expensive procedure. The partial is well fitted and feels secure and natural.

In addition to Dr. Hardy's excellent care, his staff is courteous and friendly, the office is comfortable and attractive and the scheduling is punctual.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hardy's since I was a kid, which is more than thirty years ago. I think it is important to share what a positive experience I had with Dr. Hardy as a young person, because it's significant and rare to find a dentist who is kind and patient with children during dental treatment. Before finding Dr. Hardy, my family had had bad luck finding dentists to treat me and my little brother. Unlike previous experiences with other dentists, Dr. Hardy was always kind, patient, and understanding. He understood what a terrifying experience it is for a kid to have dental work done and would, therefor, always do his utmost to make each appointment as positive and pain free as possible. He always took the time to inject shots slowly, so that I would never feel the pain of a single injection. He was always friendly and courteous treating me with utmost respect, just as he would any adult patient.



Though, I typically have anxiety about any type of medical procedures, I was fearless going into surgery when it was time to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had complete confidence in Dr. Hardy's ability as a highly skilled dentist. I had a pain free recovery and was up and fully able to resume my normal schedule the day after the surgery. I am confident that such a swift recovery had a lot to do with his expertise, gentleness, and genuine concern.



It is a relief to have so much confidence in the dental treatment I receive. I feel fortunate that my family found such a remarkable dentist many years ago and that we have been able to continue to receive excellent, dental treatment from Dr. Hardy and his talented, reliable staff over the years. I highly recommend Dr. Hardy to anyone in search of an outstanding dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Hardy and his dental practice. I have been a long time patient and have had nothing but the best care and experiences. I have a terrible fear of needles and injections and Dr. Hardy takes great pains to put me at ease and to make the injection process as pain free as possible.



When I had my wisdom teeth removed the entire process was explained to me beforehand so that I would know what to expect. I had the same experience when I needed to have crowns and I am now interested in some extensive cosmetic work and have had several consultations and all of my questions have been answered in great detail.



Over the years, I have been impressed with the friendly and professional care given to me by Dr. Hardy and his entire staff and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I, unfortunately, had the mispleasure of being a patient at Dr Hardy's. During this short interval Dr Hardy amazed me with his tasteless humor (joking to my child about how "messed up" (a drug using reference)he would be while having his wisdom teeth pulled. What realy turned me off, however, was his subversive business practices. Specifically, my son went in for a teeth cleaning and ended up with extra procedures tacked on to the bill. These procedures were carried out in direct opposition to what I had expressed(I told the unkempt hygienist NO, as in N O, for crying out loud). Stay away from this practice; there are much better, honest, and well-mannered Dentists in the Sonora area. You've been warned.
