For those not aware, here is the finding published on The Committee to Expose Unethical Judges and Attorney's website:



The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Alan Welch guilty of the following misconduct.





•Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

•Attempted to prevent party from pursuing ethics grievance against him’

•Released proceeds from check to two payees w/o endorsement or permission of other payee

Alan handled my very contentious divorce and was SO good! In fact, the proposal he made for settlement at the beginning was exactly what my ex was forced to agree to in the end. That earned me a "bonus" by the court. Highly recommended!

Terrible lawyer - after paying him $30,000, found out that because he didn't file a motion in a timely manner, my case was dismissed. To make a long story short, had to go to another attorney.
