        Bad experience with genesis tax house, they filed my taxes missing w2 , than they charge $25 dollars each time they call IRS,. They never answer the phone when I called them when I went in person the girl in Framingham was rude...

        Overall

        Negative stars if i could.... They don't answer their phone and when they do they hang up on your face. Take forever to return a call or don't even return the call. Service is very poor. Ladies that work there are very rude!
