Do not bother working with this installer. They will give you an estimate but charge you extra if they want, the agreements are not even legal(The signed estimate is the only paperwork you would ever get) . The installer showed up late in the day and walked off the job because they wanted more money because they did not know what was below the carpet (umm how long have you been installing hardwood that you would be surprised to find a moisture seal on a concrete floor). I went through Lumber Liquidators expecting them to be professional. But the agreements you sign and the warranty is not legal. Lumber Liquidators washed hands off the problem. You can only imagine what the two will do when you have warranty related issues.
