Highlands Family Medicine

Not a very clean place. You would think with all the employees that are in the office they could do a little better house keeping. I hate to touch anything when i walk thru the door. They have screwed you my prescription orders just about every time I go in,even though 2 or more people ask me if I need refills and were to send them while I'm sitting there. Either they don't send them over to the pharmacy or they get send to the wrong pharmacy, then I have to call back in and leave a message to correct it. The only reason I make an appointment to see someone is to get my scripts refilled not because of a illness.
