University Center for Ambulatory Surgery, LLC (UCAS) is a multispecialty surgery center offering a variety of services in a fully equipped, comfortable, and convenient environment. The 12,000-square-foot center features three state-of-the-art operating rooms with the most modern equipment in which orthopedic, pain management, urology and GYN procedures are performed. UCAS, a free-standing surgery center, has a strong focus on orthopedic services. Our surgeons and anesthesiologists are uniquely trained in procedures such as total joint replacement and spine surgery, offered on an outpatient basis. UCAS is located in central New Jersey and easily accessible via Route 287, NJ Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway. It is also located between Philadelphia and Newark airports. UCAS is conveniently located in the same building as University Orthopaedic Associates, and The Center for Rehabilitation and Sports Excellence, which allows for doctor visits and rehabilitation services before and after surgery. UCAS is certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission, and The State of New Jersey.
