All the women whom work the front are unpleasant and address patients in an unprofessional manner. There is usually an insurance issue and the staff is unwilling to provide assistance. After calling insurance there is no issue. We have seen a handful of doctors at this practice. My son was missed diagnosed four times for the same issue and I believe will result in a surgical procedure in the near future. Others have used google for assistance. We moved further from the practice six months ago. We told Dr. Patel and she encouraged us to stick with the practice if we did not mind the drive. After our most recent visit, she mentioned that we should look closer to home for a doctor. Turning her back on us and walking out she stated she has nothing to do with the front end of the office. It appears to us, prior to entering our exam room she was briefed about our insurance mishap. Needless to say, this was our last straw and we will not be returning to this practice.
