Customer service is horrible!! The phone number advertised is not a working number. So My friend who told me about the shop gave me another number and left a message with Nicky. 10 days later and still no response. I refuse to ever give her a dime of my money. Professionalism isn’t something that she is familiar with. Don’t waste your time.

First time going to Nicky...she gave me a touch up (relaxer) an a beautiful cut iam very pleased an will be coming back.
