        Bernie Robbins replaced a shan...

        Bernie Robbins replaced a shank (most of the setting) of my diamond ring. they charged me over 200.00 to do this, and then kept the gold part that they removed. When i called and asked for it, they told me it was normal procedure to keep these. Really?!!! normal procedure to keep someone elses gold. wow. i bet they have a nice pile of they pieces in the back to melt down to sell to you for big cash
