Not honest to customer

This car dealership specifically states "We do an extensive inspection to make sure every car we sell is solid and will perform as promised" Well, that is not the case. I purchased a "solid" car from this dealer within 3 days I have experienced 3 problems. Mark did not put the car mats in the car, I purchased those myself. The brake light was burned out, I purchased and installed a new one. Then on day three I looked out the window and the tire was flat. My mechanic said it was an unrepairable hole and I would have to purchased a new tire.I asked Mark if he knew about this problem and he admitted he knew there was a leak in the tire, but he just kept refilling it. He refilled the tire upon my husband and I arriving and didn't disclose to us that there was anything wrong with it. In fact he told us that the tires were new.I know everyone has a hard time trusting car dealers in general, but my experience with this one has been nothing but a nightmare. Who could have a clean conscience selling this kind of car to a women that is 9 months pregnant with her husband in the military? Obviously Mark isn't a good business owner, I just wanted to forwarn any consumer out there.

I have only owned Fords and Ch...

I have only owned Fords and Chrysler, all purchased from G & M Motors.I have always taken my cars to the dealer for service. In all my past experiences I have never felt do confident that everything that is done really needs to be done. Mark always explains everything in detail and in language that I can understand. He tells me what is the most important service to do and why. I am on my own and often car repairs can be overwhelming, but Ialways feel he goes beyond customer satisfaction, and thatis what will keep your customers returning for service. He takes the time to answer allquestions and explain everything that is being done. I will definitely recommend G & M Motors to my friends and family.

I am very happy with my purc...

I am very happy with my purchase and just wanted pass my appreciation to the owner, who was very professional, motivated and very enthusiastic. He was as motivated to sell me a car as I was in buying one. He made sure he listened to what I was saying, and responded appropriately. He went out of his way to make me feel important, as well as insure I was taken care of every step of the way. The most important things: he grested me with a welcoming smile that made me want to be there, and he remembered my name. Even if he was with another customer when I came in, he was attentive and made me feel important. This is something that not everyone does or is good at. If you're looking for an honest used car dealership, this is the place for you.
