When I first saw these reviews I have to admit wondering if they were fabricated or not; it seemed odd to me that they should be so largely positive and then have one so vehemently negative. I can't really speak to what went wrong with that latter interaction, but after having met with Dale myself I have to assume that the person in question bears the blame for any undesirable outcome. Personally, I met Dale on a Tuesday and was anticipating an offer in less than a week. Its hard to beat that kind of response time. He was forthright and clear with me throughout our interactions and checked in often with status updates. Would definitely recommend.

Dale is very professional. He helped me bring the best out of me. He was able to get me in somewhere the same day I meet with him. It is because of Dale that I was able to land my current job. I would suggest that people go see Dale, in order to find the best position for themselves

Dale is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! It's only him running a tiny and unorganized office. He'll call you and make it sound like he has something when he does NOT. One time at his old office in Solon, I showed up waited over an hour for this guy in shorts eating ice cream to show up and say I WAS UNPROFESSIONAL because I didn't have a "sport coat". Over 10yrs later, I thought I'd give him another shot. He lost my resume, left me a VM cussing at me because he couldn't open the attachment, and has "nothing at this time". He even stated that he runs ads on Craigs List to keep newer resumes on hand "just in case.' DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DALE KUTSKO!!!!
