        Overall

        No way to regulate heat temperature so landlady bought one, it drops in temperature. Told her about it and she did nothing. Had to buy my own source of heat. Toilet does not flush right. Again she did nothing. Water pressure is terrible. Cannot take a shower unless you stand in one spot and don't move.
