Mountain Mobile Auto Glass

I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. The technician who performed the installation did not use the correct clips to reattach a panel under the hood. Due to this error the panel came unattached causing damage to the hose for the windshield wiper fluid. I took the vehicle to a mechanic resulting in a bill of over $100. Mountain Mobile was contacted about the problem and they did agree to replace the missing clips with the correct ones. The initial contact took 3 phone calls to speak with a person who could help with the situation. At that time the technician stated that they would reimburse me for the cost of the diagnostic work and repairs. One week later I was contacted by a secretary who informed me that the clips were in stock and that the reimbursement would be done. I provided a copy of the receipt to the technician who installed the clips the next day, and he also stated that the reimbursement would be done. A week later the secretary stated that the manager was in the office and they would send out a check. 12 days later I still had not received a check so I spoke with the secretary again. She stated they had lost the receipt and needed me to resend it. She had no explanation for why I was told earlier the check was being mailed when in fact this was not done. I sent another copy of the receipt and was promptly called by the manager, who had never deemed it appropriate to speak to me about these issues in the prior month. She rudely informed me that they would not be reimbursing me any money for the repair and diagnostic fees. As we were discussing why I had been informed by 3 different employees in the prior month that this would be done she hung up on the call as I was speaking. I attempted to call back several times over the next hour and the phone was never answered. This company and its employees were unhelpful, unprofessional and very difficult to deal with. I do not trust that my glass installation was done properly due to these issues.

We had a large one piece glass windshield in our motorhome. They did an excellent job installing a new windshield and they did it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to all my friends.
