Left my Bichon April for the weekend, When i returned her bed was in a bag, because she wet it they did not say one word about it, the dog sick with diarrhea and throwing up took her to the vet today and $400.00 dollars later they said she was not cared for, i am so mad that my dog is this sick, i wish the dog could talk and let me know that she was just left in filth. Also she has a white bed and she is solid white and there was black dog hair in her bed so she was not in a private room as i paid for another dog was in there with her i brought food for her eat and for two and half days only a small portion was out of the bag, so not only was she left with her pee and poop but not fed. I love my dog and she will never stay here again, this was the first and last time. NO wonder they only have one star, please if you love your dog stay clear of this place.

I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. I dropped my dog off on a Friday and picked her up Sunday. Not only did she smell like straight dog pee, she also had some mystery goo matted into her fur, which he claims is "dried up dog mucus or tree sap", and that "because she's a short haired dog that she cant get anything matted into her fur" . If you really cared about your FIRST TIME costumers you would have made SURE that the costumer would LOVE to come back.

I was also told at the beginning that there would be pictures on Facebook where I could check in, and that she would be boarded with our family's other dog. No pictures were posted because a dog "knocked the camera out of their hands" and I also found out that they had her separated from our family dog all weekend! All their stories didn't match up, and when I initially spoke with owner about my concerns he told me that I would receive a FULL refund. When I picked her up she was pulling so hard to get out of that place! she got home and cowered all night, so when I contacted the owner again about the refund he had "questions" to ask me. They first stated that she was playing in her water bowl (which isn't true because my dog HATES water) insisting that it wasn't pee when CLEARLY you could smell it! then He claimed that my dog was playing with other dogs and stepped in pee, and that we should have requested a bath. I'm sorry if I would have know that I would have to request a bath for my dog because when I picked her up she was going to REEK of dog pee I would have gone elsewhere. Then owner then continued to tell me I could have a free bath or weekend there, and I made it very clear that my dog would NOT be setting foot in that facility again. He continues to argue with me on the phone about how MY story isn't "adding up" when really he's trying SO hard to cover up whatever actually happened. He also said that if I had a problem I should have talked to the girl at the front desk initially when I picked up my dog....so you want me to talk to a worker about my concerns and NOT the owner? very professional. We did not receive our refund like we were initially told by the OWNER. DO NOT EVERY BRING YOUR PETS HERE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. The impression I got was that the owner doesn't really care about YOU or your fur-baby. A true business would have refunded a costumer, and would have gone out of their way to make sure the COUSTMER is happy. Instead I was told lies, and in the end just yelled at over the phone by the owner. VERY professional, and the worst part is I will NEVER really know what happened to my dog that weekend. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!
