Great haircut . The new owner is great

Love the place. New owner ,new look. The stylist are great. Steve the owner is a master barber.

They remodeled the place too. I loved my hair cut and color!

The owner need a course in business management. Went to T'zers just to get a simple hair trim for my daughter it literally would have only taken no more then 10 mins. The owner I believe her name is (Patty or Patsy) had a young male in hair chair she stated she was couldn't. She then asked the other beautician (blonde late 30s) she stated she couldn't she had to leave for a wedding rehearsal the owner then asked her daughter to do it who does not have her licenses to cut hair...the daughter had no clue what she was doing. She had no technique and huge lack training the daughter had no business with scissors in her hand! The owner asked me a couple of times just a straight cut across and said every time well the daughter decided to cut my child's hair into V shape which I am still confused how you get the words V Shape out of straight across ..the owner looked at and said to her daughter oh you decided to go with V shape NOT what the costumer wanted the owner knew I wasn't happy.. the owner offer to trim it some more but I refused the daughter done enough damaged! And I still had to pay for poor job which goes to show that the owner is/was only worried about making dollar.As I was leaving beautician that was in hurry to get to a wedding rehearsal was out back smoking The whole time I was in the owner was extremely rude! Ended going somewhere to have their mistakes fixed. I do not recommend this salon to anyone

T`zers is the most awesome place to get your hair colored and cut. They have been around and doing my entire family for years. My girls have been to Patty for everything including updo's for their proms and my son has had his hair cut since he was itty bitty! They always make us feel like family and we always look amazing when we leave. This is definitely the best place to go in Smyrna and probably Rutherford county! Try them, you won"t be disappointed!!
