After graduating from Lipscomb University with a BA in chemistry, he attended the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Memphis where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Pullias returned home to Rutherford County in 2003 to begin practicing with Tennessee Medicine and Pediatrics. He has been on several committees at Saint Thomas Rutherford hospital, including a term as pediatrics department chair. Dr. Pullias loves spending time with his wife, children and their cats and dogs. He enjoys all outdoor activities, but especially loves running, hiking, and camping with his family.

Dr. Mallory Baker is a native Tennessean and grew up in Jackson, Tennessee. She moved to Middle Tennessee after graduating high school to attend college at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. She then traveled back to Western Tennessee and completed her medical degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Following completion of medical school, she moved to Louisville, KY where she completed her four-year combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and learned from excellent instructors and physicians the art of caring for patients of all ages. Having a heart for Tennessee and desiring to return to her home state, she moved back to Middle Tennessee and joined the wonderful group of providers at Tennessee Medicine and Pediatrics in August 2017.
