Mister Car Wash

On Aug 2nd 2012 at 4:01pm my wife took her car to Super Speed Wash (2130 Murfreesboro Pike Nashville, TN 37217). After she got done there she came home where I noticed that her car had scratches on the hood as well as down both sides of her can. I called and left a message and did not receive a call back. I called the next day and talked with the manager (right off the bat he told me they did not cause the damage to the car, with out even looking at it) and took the car back up to the car wash so they could see the damage. They told me that the car was could not do that and refused to pay for the damage. I ask if it could have come from the scrub brush they do before they run the car thru the car wash. The lied and said they only do the bumpers with the brush. My wife informed me that the brushed the sides as well the hood with the brush. I called the owner, he never called me back. I called the corp office and they would not help me. They said it did not happen at their car wash and they would not pay to get it fixed. I asked for their Insurance info and they would not give it to me. Bottom Line DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! IF YOUR CAR GETS DAMAGED THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR IT TO GET FIXED.
