I come here with my kids on a regular basis and I have never seen anything like I saw this past weekend. My kids and I were watching the dogs get their hair cut and One of the groomers was being very rough with the dog to the point where I had to shield my childrens eyes. My daughter started crying because she heard the dog screaming. I asked an employee what her name was and they said her name was Emily. I will never bring my dog or children here again because I think they abuse pets here. She should not be grooming or be abusing pets. My friend has also had a horrible experience recently, her dog came home from the grooming salon and her dog limped on his front right paw for the rest of the week, she called petsmart and spoke to the salon manager and she told her that her dog was awful and he was probably just sore from being groomed, she was no help at all and was actually very rude. This store is awful the people abuse animals and they are not friendly at all.

Overall
Status Quo

Nothing bad, nothing spectacular. Nice to have a place to find all of your pet supplies. I do find some of their prices to be alittle steep on some items for dogs. For example, a pet bed for a large dog costs $35 - 70 here, and they are filled with cheap material. You can get very large, durable pet bed filled with stuffing and cedar chips for $16 at Costco. In the same shopping center, Ross also has a small selection of pet bowls and beds for even cheaper. I've also tried their basic obedience class. They keep raising the price and they allow too many dogs in the class. It was fun and cheaper than others in the area, but you only learn one skill each class and you don't get much personal attention.
