I loved everything about my experience! The staff was always super friendly and always left me comfortable. I really enjoy the quality of service here! The environment is very home-y, resembling a peaceful cabin on the lake, which is something that I find to be a plus about this place. They (the staff) always left me feeling better and better about my smile after every appointment! I feel super confident in my smile and am ready for the end results. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends who are thinking of getting braces!

Our experience has been nothing but WONDERFUL!!!! My family and I are so happy that we chose Dr. Steckel and her staff for Hailey's ortho care. Everyone has always been extremely professional and helpful, answering all the "mom questions" that I had before leaving each appointment. I also would like to thank Dr. Steckel for offering the payment plan and automated payment options to pay for this expense. Paying $200 a month made the decision to move forward with the braces affordable for my family, and possible for Hailey (who has desperately been wanting braces since she was in the 3rd grade!!) Finding a orthodontist that I could trust was my 1st priority and I believe I found that in Dr. Steckel. From the beginning Dr. Steckle reassured me that the process for Kayla would be beneficial and we would see results, and she was right. My daughter had a underbite and her teeth were very crooked, how was this going to be fixed is what I thought. But Dr. Steckel fixed it. She always explained what she was doing prior to and made me and Kayla feel comfortable. Kayla at the beginning had to wear an expander and I had to do the turning, I was so nervous however Dr. Steckel reassured me I was doing it correctly and always made me feel if I had questions to not hesitate to call. In fact, during our process Kayla had one of her brackets come off after hours and when I called the office I immediately got a call back to meet them so they could fix it, that was a relief that we didn't have to wait till next day and that her staff was willing to come in after hours and fix it for my daughter. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable as well about procedures that my daughter had to endure. I loved that they encouraged proper cleaning by awarding them with spinning the wheel for treats. Just another way they go above and beyond to make us feel special. Kayla never once complained of painful appointments or that the staff was rough, in fact she said how gentle they were when making adjustments and how they always explained what they were doing before they did it, which is important for her being so young (11) and that always made me feel relaxed when she went back for work. Another benefit is the flexible payment plan they allowed me to do. You always want the best for your kids and I believe Dr. Steckel and her staff provided the best treatment and outcome that I could have wished for. The treatment was a very smooth procedure. The staff made the treatment even easier and enjoyable. The outcome of my treatment turned out very well and I am very happy with my great new smile. The experience was great and I loved every minute.

My experience with having braces has been both an interesting and an enjoyable one. From moment one I was scared of smiling and when started to notice my teeth becoming straighter I started smiling more and more in pictures and social interactions and events. The staff is very friendly and informative when answering questions and explaining what will be done at each appointment. The office feels very welcoming and not like normal doctors offices.

Both Amanda and Dan have received treatment for braces and we can not say anything bad about this experience. The office is clean and comfortable. We have been very pleased with Dr. Steckel and her staff. When we arrived for a consultation, Steven was very leary and overwhelmed about getting braces. He's a child that likes to know what to expect and was rather reluctant to get braces. After having our first consultation, he started to feel better. The staff understood some of his fears and worked patiently with him. 2 years later, he is pleased with his teeth and thankful that he had his braces. A++ for Orthodontics of Silver Lake.

I had a good experience being here. The staff were very polite and they got the job done. I am happy that I am finally getting my braces off and I believe the treatment was great and effective.

Dr. Steckle is a great doctor. My kids just love her as she is very polite & the patients do not feel any pain during the treatment. I surely would recommend her :)
