Founded in 1972, Ken's Gardens is an all year round growing and retail center specializing in a variety of plants, trees, shrubs and more. Based in Smoketown, Pa., the shop provides a fresh supply of plants and accessories especially prepared for each season such as early spring, late spring, summer, fall, early winter and late winter. Ken's Gardens also provides environmentally friendly and safe solutions to everyday plant challenges, especially for vegetables and herb gardens. The store provides useful tips, such as how to plant a terrarium, grow strawberries, planting in different shaded areas, planting and caring for roses, attracting hummingbirds to the garden and landscaping with native plants.
