Recent visit to Parker's was so much more than any studio we visited .... Since we are new to Nc. We have been looking for just the right people to expose our family too ! Honestly after many studio visits (other) we feel at home with the team at Parker's ..... Thank you!!!

We took our 7 year old son in which he had a great time, but this place is total chaos!! The instructor had no clue what was going on with her business. She was an ok instructor, but did not take time to discuss to the parents how the process worked. We tried to talk with her several times about the process but she was so scattered brain, she wouldn't stop long enough to talk with us. We explained to her that our son was only going for a couple of months before he started baseball season and we paid in ADVANCE for those months! She insisted we sign a contract in which was NOT Explained to us. She said we had to have it for him to participate. Next thing we knew we were being called by the collection agency (member solutions) that we owed 200.00 for not cancelling our contract!!! They had been billing us for months that we were not even going!! They are know saying we had to cancel our contract 30 days prior to our last session. We signed the contract the last day of his 2nd month. Our fault for not reading it through properly but she has NO CLUE what's going on and is not very friendly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
