Horsch & Miller

Our experience with Horsch and Miller has been very positive. Our first experience with this company was when our water heater broke in the middle of winter of 2007. It was an extremely cold/icy day and we were located in Wauwatosa - which is a long drive from Slinger. Dan - even though he may have had other emergencies that Saturday - helped us out with no complaint.



More recently we built a new house. We had the option to pick our own contractors outside who our builder normally used. We chose Horsch and Miller for our heating/air conditioning. The work was completed on-time and they were easy for our builder to work with. Before we started construction, Dan was very thorough in explaining the heat and a/c system he had proposed installing in our home and used terms that I could understand. We are very happy with our system and the small issues that we have had - Horsch and Miller have been out here quickly to resolve.



I understand the value of money and make my choices hoping to get the best value for my money. The one year guarantee of workmanship and follow up that Horsch and Miller provides is important to me. I wish I could say the same thing about our well drillers - which I will be writing a review for as well. We have not had water 3 times in the past 2 months.



Friendly installers & excellent service - when you have an emergency - they will be there to back up their product.
