Miller Family Medicine

I visited Dr.Miller. He did not listen to my problem fully, heard what he wanted and ran out the room. He does seem to only care about reaching minimal standards. My health issue was never solved and whats more they didnt tell me my tricare wasnt accepted till 3 months later! They told me when I tried to come back to let him know my issue never ceased. They were able to tell me as soon as i walked in, but could not do the same the first visit even though it was already not acceptable. It was just an enrollment issue and was solved immediately. I could have fixed it before the first visit had the receptionist told me, and not had a huge bill for a problem that wasnt fixed. They were also rude. Point blank, there is too much quality care in slidell, to compromise your health and time.

Totally disagree with the above review. I have been seeing Dr. Miller for at least seven years. My wife and daughter now use his clinic, and both love it. He is always professional, and takes the time required to work with me as a patient. Importantly, you can always call and see him within 24 hours, often the same day, as he keeps time open on his schedule to see people who just get sick and need to see a doctor, as opposed to doctors who make you wait two weeks to schedule an appointment. He has never sent me to see someone else when it was not required. Great personality, outstanding physician.

Upon arriving the office staff was rude at best. When seeing the doctor he was uncaring and did the minimum. On past visits he has sent me to specialist for the minor of things. Both getting insurance money and of course my double co-pay.



If you want a doctor who is caring and knows what he's doing ask a friend for a referral. trust me you do not want the ordeal of one visit with this doctor.
