The drivers are unprofessional and late, the vans are unsanitary, full of junk, and the inside of the vehicles are not maintained... Need I say more??

Do NOT use this service to transport hospital patients to another hospital by stretcher. My mom had just had surgery and needed to be taken to our hometown for continued care. There was nothing remotely sanitary or professional about the empty run-down van with a floor attachment for a stretcher. Thankfully I sat in the back of the van with my mother (who was strapped in) for the hour long ride. Had she needed a drink or gotten car sick there would've been zero assistance. We should have declined the service when it arrived at a back door of the hospital, but we didn't know who else to contact. I also would give this "no stars," however I must click one to post this information.

Totally Unreliable. Two out of two times this company has been a no-show. They are contracted by the VAMC in Sioux Falls and can't get VA Patients to the hospital. Find another company! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I have to click at least one, otherwise I would give them 0 stars.

Extremely disappointed in the cost, comfort, care and timeliness of your service. It took 6 hours for him to arrive in Winner from Sioux Falls. This trip is normally about 3 or 31/2 hours. The calculation of mileage was high. The conditions in the vehicle was very cold! There was not adequate heating. I would not recommend transporting anyone with this service.
