Monthly lease payment collection includes verification of payment, follow-up on any delinquencies and working with attorneys on the eviction of tenants as needed. Prompt lease payments are expected and monitored closely. All lease payments are independently confirmed and reconciled monthly by Innovative Property Management employees to ensure that all potential income is properly accounted for.

        Management is the worst. The off site manager thinks himself a bit of a bully. He was unpleasant from day one and loves to argue, that is, if he answers or returns your calls. Many times he just ignores you like the trash he perceives you to be. Innovative must be aware of his lack of people skills because you don't meet him until after you have signed your lease.
        The VASH property (3113 W. 12th) is neglected and every floor has a different rancid smell. They are finally re-painting the hallways, but the carpets are rotten. I hear tenants on the 3rd floor have bed bugs and have had them for months and that management is fully aware. But the rest of us have not been notified and had to hear about it from other tenants.
        Terrible properties, terrible management. Stay Away.

        Horrible!!!! Management cares about nothing but money. Does not listen to concerns. Golden Valley is dirty, dirty, dirty. Feces all over the premises. I complained numerous time to management and they did nothing. Children left chicken bones, toys, garbage up and down the hallways. The apartment was dirty and broken things when I moved in. They city even cited them for the feces all over the property and garbage everywhere and they did nothing. I broke my lease due to unlivable living conditions and now they are trying to sue!!!! Money hungry slumlords! I have pictures of all the feces I took on the property. I couldn't let my son go play in the yard or open my windows. Negative star rating!!!!
