The Kids Place

This is my son's third week at The Kids Place and thus far our experience has been terrific. We were on vacation earlier this month when we were told our previous day care had suddenly closed, without any notice. The Kids Place welcomed my son into their care and made his transition exceptionally smooth. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and the kids are clearly having fun and being taught good manners. I would highly recommend The Kids Place for those looking for responsible childcare in the area.

My daughter started going to The Kids Place right before she turned two. She had never been to any daycare before and I was nervous that I wouldn't feel comfortable with anybody taking care of my child. We interviewed at seven different daycares before finally choosing The Kids Place. Jodi was the first director that got down on my daughter's level and started trying to interact and play with her on our first meeting. At the second meeting, my daughter was playing with the other children, not wanting to leave. It is a smaller daycare with more one-on-one contact. There are two teachers assigned to the toddler class (approximately 11 children) along with the director, Jodi. It has been 10 months now, and my daughter has learned so much in such a short time - out of nowhere she will start counting to twenty, saying her ABCs, pointing out colors and shapes, telling me the day of the week, or singing a song that she has learned in class. She wakes up everyday excited to go to "school" and see her teachers. Everyday "Miss Jodi" is there to greet the children with a big hug. All of the teachers really seem to love their job and love each one of the kids. I was surprised at how quickly my daughter adjusted to going to daycare and how quickly I started to really trust and feel comfortable with the school. I highly recommend The Kids Place!

My 2 boys (ages 4 and 2) have been going to the kids place for about a year and a half and they love it. Before finding the kids place, dropping my oldest son off for school was a battle every morning...I'm talking kicking and screaming and crying for me not to leave. Since he has started coming to the kids place, he beats me through the door every morning. They have both really become attached to the teachers and kids there and I couldn't ask for a better daycare or a higher quality of education. Classes are small in size and all of the teachers there are extremely attentive and energetic. The activities that they do with the kids are both educational and fun. I would highly recommend Mrs. Jodi and all of her staff...they treat my children as their own and it certainly shows!

Our family has been very pleased with The Kids Place. My two older kids were there for 10 and 11 years growing up. Jodi and her staff are professional caring people. Then we had another child. We did start out at another daycare, but we ended up going back to The Kids Place. He is now three years old. He loves going to Mrs. Jodi's and has made a lot of friends there. Mrs. Jodi Taylor and her staff have always given our children the best care, individualized attention, education, guidence, and love. Her prices for daycare are very reasonable and rarely go up. I personally have never had an issue with The Kids Place or any of her staff. My children have never come home with anything negative to say. Every time they are picked up they are happy and healthy!



I would recommend The Kids Place to my closest family, friends, and strangers. If you want your child to be taken care of, not just looked after, The Kids Place is The Place to Be!

Kids Place is a outstanding day care. My son love where he is almost half of his life. He get exercise as time spent studying his daily educational listens. He is able to communicate very well due to the time spent with him on his with his teachers. There is no other place or people I would trust with my child.

The Kids Place provides a home-like environment for children of all ages. Three of my children have attended "Miss Jodi's" in the past and I can't say enough good things about it! My girls loved the preschool program (especially the crafts). The staff is very personable and they truly care about the children they are responsible for. You can't go wrong with The Kids Place!

Jodi and her team of caregivers are OUTSTANDING! She took our child in when he was very difficult and has worked with us and him to ensure he is successful. Her caregivers are experienced and caring and her turnover is less than other day cares. Our child loves going to "school" and he is learning from and educational level as well as a value level, which I appreciate. I don't worry about him at all while we're working. Special attention is given to all the kids and she provides the benefits of a small family environment.

My daughter is 2 1/2 yrs old and has been going to The Kids Place for the past 9 months and she LOVES it. She has learned so much while being at The Kids Place, and all of the staff are exceptional. In fact, I hate to even refer to them as staff because they seem more like friends. I love it because it's a smaller setting and I've NEVER felt like my child's needs were pushed aside. The only regret I have, is that we didn't put our daughter in (daycare) The Kids Place sooner!!!! I would highly recommend The Kids Place.
