Pizza Hut

Very disappointed! We ordered the Big Box Dinner and had it delivered. They forgot to put the ranch in the box with the wings, the pizza seemed old and there was no seasoning on the breadsticks. I called to inform them of the situation and the girl who answered the phone acted clueless, but said he would bring it back out. I called back about 20 mins later to see if he was even back at the store and yet again talked to another clueless person who put me on hold for the manager who never came to the phone. Never the less I hung up and never got the ranch or a response to the issue.

We used to love Pizza Hut but since they fired the whole crew and brought in all new people their pizza has really gone downhill fast. One rainy, cold night we saw their new 10 dollar commercial so we called for a delivery pizza. They said that it would be 90 plus minutes before we could get a delivery pizza and encouraged us to pick it up. My husband drove out in the rain to get it. Since we were hungry he just grabbed it and drove home. When he got home the pizza was so burned that the onions were black and the so was the cheese. There was no sauce left-not sure if it burned off or they forgot it. The veggie lover's side only had onions, peppers and tomatoes and olives.It also had a very strong wheat flour taste. He called and talked to the manager who said he could come back for a new one or take a credit to be used the next time. Unless they let us get 10 dollars in soda I guess we won't be using that, which is what they are counting on. Why do we even have to give this place one star? From now on we will be going to Mellow Mushroom.
