Greenville Car Washes

I've been going to the Greenville Car Wash on Woodruff Road for years now, but with moving to Simpsonville, I thought I'd go here. BIG MISTAKE. When I went to get in my car after it was finished, my windshield was cracked and there was a huge scrape in the paint on my hood directly in line with the windshield crack. When I brought it to the owner's attention, he actually yelled at me in front of all these people how that could not have possibly happened at his car wash. I asked how I make a claim and was given a response of "I'm the owner, there is nobody above me". The crack is directly in front of the driver in VERY obvious view. It's safe to say I will never be returning. Ever. If you care about your car, go elsewhere!
