Doctors Express

Went there today. Wait was long it worth it. Staff was so nice and absolutely loved nurse practitioner!! Highly recommend!!

Absolute slowest urgent care I've ever been to. I was told there would be approx a 45 min wait which I was okay with. Until it took over 1.5 hours just to get called back. After I went back I observed several employees just standing around joking and laughing with very little professionalism.

I will not be returning, there are other Urgent care services in very close proximity to this one that charge the same rates and have much better service.

I went to doctors express after a severe injury to my foot, I wasn't able to walk so I called and asked if there was anyway someone could bring me a wheelchair and there was no question to it she said sure. A guy named taylor came out and got me and helped me in, very friendly guy and I signed in and he happened to be the X-ray technician so he took me straight back and was so friendly, took extra precaution with my foot and helped me back to the room and said the doctor will be in shortly. Dr. Grant came in and said he was so schocked that it wasn't shattered as bad as it was swollen, he continued talking and we got on the sucject of our race team and he sat there and conversate do with me for a few minutes about racing. He said he was sorry about my foot, gave me a prescription and went over several things to do to keep the pain down and help it heal. This business is very professional and friendly and highly recommended from me and my family will visit there anytime there is need. Thanks Taylor and Dr. Grant. True gentleman with sympathy for their patients.
