YIKES!!!!! It's really sad because I've gone here for many many years and this place used to have three stores open and closed all but one down where the owner of the only one open is really kinda nutty. You dont really deal with her though which is great...but if you ever have to...it'll leave quite the bitter after taste in your mouth...this lady makes sure to keep her mailbox full and screens each call. If it happens to be a customer, she does a good job ignoring those calls and leaving it to her staff to handle her mess.Really a cool place minus the new cracks in the VHO bed and the wicked witch owner:/

The waitress forgot to place our order with the kitchen. brought out the wrong meals, didn't bring butter with the sourdough bread, spilt my dinner on her server tray (and still served it to me!), spilt my soda refill on the table, then I had to ask three times for a togo container, she then brought the check before I could order some tiramisu! Definitely not returning because of the service, the food, however, was good. Don't expect any excellent customer service if you plan on going.
