Coast to Coast Computer Products, Inc.

Called me early morning for a sales call. I have had no prior contact with them and I am on the do not call list. Filed a complaint with an FTC. You should not support companies like this one.

I have worked with Coast to Coast for two years. They have been nothing but the best. They are always there when I need them and the customer service they provide is one which companies could take notes from. They have always been eager to assist me and if they were unable to they pointed me in the right direction. Our rep Tonia Wingfield is absolutely the best, always helpful and on top of her game! When other companies try to contact us to provide their services we simply say no thank you, if it isn't broke don't fix it!!

I have been using Coast to Coast products for eight years. I find the product to be as good as I can get anywhere else. I always feel that I am saving my business money when I purchase through Coast to Coast. The main reason I shop with this company is the service I get. All sales associates make me feel like a valued customer, Especially Matt S. Matt remembers every conversation we have had, he even asks about my business, family and my personal well-being.

I have had nothing but great service and products from Coast to Coast. Anytime I try to order something and if they don't have it my rep will go to the ends to find it for me. They deliver on time and the M&M's are great too.

We were referred to this business to try to get a little bit more bang for our buck and we were not disappointed. I correspond with Jana Hudock and she is amazing! The service is extremely fast, she gives me options for better quality for my price and is extremely accommodating if there is an issue, of which the only ones have been our fault! I would recommend this company to anyone because they work with you on what your company needs and they genuinely care about what they are selling to you. Give them a try and I bet that they would beat any other prices and give you better service...I know it’s been that way for us!

My personal experience with Rachel and Jana at Coast to Coast has been awesome. I was cold-called at first but I provided what we were paying for toner and they beat any on-line or store price. The customer service is excellent, products arrive next day with a bag of M&M's (which the co-workers love) and the products are good quality. I guess it depends on who your account mgr. is but Rachel is awesome.
