Made an appointment to see Kim for a cut. Was very nervous as I haven't had a good cut in over two years. Had one actual butchering a year and a half ago. Kim was fantastic. Gave me exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with my cut and highly recommend her. Wish I found her a long time ago. Will definitely be going back. M. Clements
