Located in Silver Spring, Md., Saint Luke Institute is a licensed, private residential facility and institute for research and education that was founded in 1977. It offers treatment programs and services addressing a variety of psychological and spiritual problems, such as depression, anxiety, compulsive dysfunctional behaviors, and alcohol and substance abuse. The institute s education and consulting services division offers programs in wellness, leadership skills, personal development, spiritual growth, psychosexual integration and personnel management for religious and clergy. It is located on a more than 40-acre campus and provides various facilities, such as garden courtyards, residential wings, main dining room, a main dining room, and tennis, handball and basketball courts. Additionally, it provides online donation facilities.
