I have never been treated to rudely in my life. Picked out a few dresses to try on and mind you, I have curves. One dress was more form fitting in the waist so it wouldn't zip up all the way. No big deal, it happens with different designers and styles. The short, older minority woman who was helping us, took all the other dresses and put them away once she realized the dress I tried on wasn't going to fit. Not just took them to hang back up but moved them to the back storage room so I couldn't try them on.



When my friend went to ask where the dresses were so I could try them on, the woman said I was too fat and that they wouldn't fit me. My friend asked if we could still try them because if I liked one I could always order up and the little woman said no we were too fat to try them on and even if they did fit, we couldn't afford them. My friends and I both have government jobs with great benefits. We also are Hispanic but apparently this woman thought that minorities cannot afford anything and continued to call us fat.



This woman was a minority who should uplift woman in her field of work by trying to assist them in finding a dress that not only fits their unique body type but embraces it in a way that compliments a lady's features. Instead, she bashed and belittled us in such a manner that I believe she seemed to be enjoying it. Like she got her kicks from being cruel to other women.



I would highly recommend skipping this store altogether. Hardly have any dresses in larger sizes, or multiples of the same dress in different sizes. My friend is a size 6 and was called fat. The woman (not sure if she was the owner) was rude and insulting.



Normally I would prefer to shop at small businesses because the experience is wonderful but this lady ruined it for me. I will be shopping at a chain store to get my formal gown. After visiting this place I will be glad to pay $$$$$ because this place doesn't deserve my business.
