Dennis Avenue Health Center offers health and human services such as, birth and death records, disease control services, foreign travel information, HIV/AIDS services, immunization program, rabies information, refugee health services, sexually transmitted disease services and tuberculosis control. The health center is a part of the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services located in Montgomery County, Md. To better serve the community its services are regionalized into three main areas, which consist of up-county, the Germantown, Md., area; mid-county, the Rockville, Md., area; and down-county, the Silver Spring, Md., area. Dennis Avenue Health Center is located in Silver Spring.
