:P Shark Fin Soup????

I was very disappointed to see Shark Fin Soup on the menu. While I understand the goal for authentic oriental food, Shark Finning is a terrible practice in which the fins are cut off and the still live animal is thrown back in the water to drown. With Shark populations going down, 73 million sharks dead every year for a flavorless soup seems wrong.

I will not be going back. :(

The restaurant s specialties include shrimp cocktail, steamed pork, cabbage dumplings, prawns, fish filet and roasted chicken.
