The kind of hat related selection, knowledge and service that you can't find anywhere out of NY (and even in NY not that easily anynore) The selection is equal parts traditional tried and true--the stuff that's always in "style"--especially with her D.C. clientele, plus the more current looks that u usually see in GQ and Details. Gilda Haber the owner is a PhD who studied at Columbia and the London School of Economics, so her "hat knowledge" is seriously impressive as well (I've been told she's been the "hat-related" wardrobe consultant for some Hollywood films and TV shows, which isn't surprising once you chat with her) Also read somewhere that she's the oldest on line hat store in either the East Coast or entire USA...which WOULD actually made sense, as I've seen the hataog.com url arund forever.
