While the work done on my car was satisfactory, the service was horrible. Due to the offices lack of communication with the insurance company I was working with, and not reporting why they were extending my repairs the insurance agency stopped paying on my rentals which ended up costing me $165. Had they been communicating with the insurance agency like they said they were , the rental would have been paid. I am very disappointed with Pecks and have heard this has happened to many others.
