Everything in the above statement is abaolutely true! The owners basically steal money from their employees just to add to there already deep pockets. Most of the higher management is related so of course they dont care about their employees since family takes care of their own. There are more ways to lose money than make money. If you get a charge back they pull from your gross margin and put a percentage on it for you personal check ao there really is no way to overcome it. I.E. if your GM is 10000 and you get a charge back of 3000 not only do you have to make 13000 that month to overcome the CB but that brings your decelerator to a percentage of 80% which you can bring down but its very hard. So not only did you earn them their money back but and put your comission to 2000 dollars. Which is money you earned and money you need to live. Well the owners somehow have some loophole with this decelerator that they take that percentage out of your personal commision that you earned. So lets say you brought your decelerator down to 50% well if your commission check is at 2000 you take home 1000 and the owners pocket the rest. They just stole your money and got away with it. And most of their employees arent in a position to just quit and the owners take complete advantage of that. You can have 5 cb and have 100 boxes out that month and they will still manage to steal half of your paycheck. So if ur looking to apply, aave yourself and look elsewhere i promise you are better off.
