CrossFit Membership
All of our priceing plans are for unlimited access to our box. We encourage our athletes to be as consistent as possible when training. We understand life happens and thats why we have more classes than ever before!

The Introduction Process: (Your First Month)

First all athletes must complete a minimum of SIX 1 on 1 sessions or 6 group classes depending on which version you decide to start with.
The standard is high and we will get you there no matter what!
This process is designed to teach you everything you need to know, and it has the track record to prove it!
Rest assured you will be more than confident in your abilities to move properly before entering the group class setting
This is NOT designed to break you
it is designed to move at a pace that best suits your athletic ability, you will be encouraged to excel, and succeed in exceeding your fitness goals!
We all start somewhere and our journey is ours alone
individual attention to detail is a necessity in learning how to move properly because after all no two people are built the same, and we will never waiver from this program. Come in or Call today to find out all you need to know!
We get back to almost everyone within 30 minutes (During normal business hours 5:30am-10pm)

Reality Athletics

Reality Athletics is the premier olympic weightlifting club & Sports performance gym in the Long Beach and Signal Hill area.
We offer 9 state of the art platforms in a 3,500sq ft facility dedicated to barbell and athlete development. As a part of Reality Barbell you will learn and master the art of olympic weightlifting, these classes are unlike CrossFit because they are developed on a specialized basis. If you're looking to better those olympic movements or compete in weightlifting this is the class for you. Looking to take your CrossFit game to the next level, this is the place for you and can be added on to your current CrossFit membership at CrossFit Reality!
