The food actually tastes good but I can't give them more than 2 starts because their service is terrible. The place is pretty dirty. Wish they were open for dinner

Awful customer service... They sound so rude on the phone when placing an order you almost become scared that they plan on spitting in your food! Out of the 7 cities I've lived, this is by far the worst restaurant. DON'T RISK EATING HERE!



Oh, and the food was awful too.

Since we've moved here a year ago we have tried this restaurant for delivery 3 times. I've never been a fan. I don't care for the lack of customer service on the phone when placing the order to start with and the prices are pretty high at least for all the chinese food I've ever eaten. I got the chicken teriyaki the first time, took a bite and tossed it. My son refused to eat it as well. The egg drop soup was disgusting and I let my husband have my serving the next day. I gagged reheating it for my husband, who is not a picky eater at all. He cracked jokes at the appearance. The second time I just got the dumplings, which are good as long as the sauce didn't spill on them in the delivery car, which happened 3 out of the 3 times I ordered them. This last time was their third strike for us. We waited 1.5 hours for our food to be delivered and my husbands food was wrong. We called back and after speaking with someone, possibly an owner, we found out the wrong item was sent. They were happy to deliver the correct item, but we had no idea how long that would be and obviously my husband was pretty hungry after waiting so long. We also had to give them the incorrect food. Fine with us, but what are they doing with the wrong food? I really hope verifying it was wrong and then trashing it. Most places would just let you keep the wrong food since they have no more use for it. We called back and skipped getting the correct food sent to us and my husband decided to eat what he was given. He gave up after the 3rd bite and just shared my dumplings, since the food sent was far different from anything he usually eats.. I was uneasy eating my dumplings wondering if someone else had returned them because it was the wrong item. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. From now on I'll go across the street and do take out from the buffet, which I have enjoyed more than 5 times in the last year.

I went there for a lunch date with my little girls because the other Chinese Restaurant Golden Dragon was closed and they are closed on Mondays.

WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!



OUR TABLE WAS FULL OF FOOD WHEN WE LEFT....I WANTED TO TELL THE WAITRESS HOW DISGUSTING IT WAS........



WISH I NEVER WENT THERE……I CAN STILL TASTE THE NASTINESS AND GET CHILLS OF THE NASTY FOOD I ENGULFED.



I DID NOT EVEN WANT TO PUT A 1 STAR ON THIS........IT DESERVES NO STAR
