have previously left 2 very negative reviews but have changed my opinion on Clark Information Systems in Sierra Vista. I finally contacted the owner, and he was amazing. He contacted me by the next day, early morning and had already set up sending a technician to my residence to upgrade my equipment and more then double my internet speed without charging me extra. I still pay the same amount monthly and am very pleased with the speed so far. I can stream with no buffering, use my laptop and also have my phone on Wifi. I appreciate the owner's professionalism and quick response to my ongoing issues with my internet speed

Horrible customer service and support!
after having this company for Internet service over 3 years they refused to upgrade any equipment. Not notified when system is down poor strength of service. Don't go with CIS you will be sorry!!

Do not sign a contract with CIS, if you want a professional company and courteous employees. Also, there is no after hours support available, and even when you do speak to someone, they will blame your equipment. I urge anyone who has a contract with CIS and have similar complaints, to submit their complaint with the BBB.

It doesn't matter how good your Wi-Fi router is if you don't have reliable internet access from your provider. Little to no customer service help after 5pm or weekends. Almost every time I do call about intermittent service, they say their end is fine and I must have an issue on my end. Bandwidth and download/upload speeds fluctuate uncontrollably even though the contract I signed specifies guaranteed minimum speeds. As I am writing this, 10/1/2016, 815am, I have had no internet since 730pm the night before; CIS website is down; phone number is busy; We have received no calls about the outage or when it will be repaired.

Same as the other review from three years ago!! Wish I had seen it before I got sucked into 3-year contract. "Go somewhere else... ANY where". .service has been terrible the entire time, and only getting worse. Peak time you are lucky to access internet on one device. Forget streaming. While employees are always nice the owner of the company says its our equipment. (Even when I Ethernet plugged ONE device straight to their modem no router involved!!) NEVER been any where NEAR the connection we are paying. My average speed is less than 2, usually around 1.5... And as of late, we've been lucky if the service works at all, especially in the mornings or at night during "peak hours". As other guy said, through all of this employees friendly but the owner is not only rude, but very stubbornly insists "it's your problem". Steer clear of this waste of money useless isp especially given 3 year contract go with any other you can find!!!

Go somewhere else... ANY where else. Had service for about 18 months and quite frankly, it's been terrible the entire time, and only getting worse as of late. Was initially installed pointed straight at a tree, resulting in poor signal and intermitant service. Several calls resulted in the original tech (who was at least friendly, I should point out) coming back and, when she couldn't figure it out, the owner of the company basically blamed us and/or our equipment. Finally reinstalled it myself to clear the tree, and the speed and reliability improved. But, it has NEVER been any where NEAR the 6M connection we are paying $90 a month for. On a good day, I MIGHT get 3.5M, my average speed is less than 2, usually around 1.5... the same speed I could get through CenturyLink for $20 a month. And as of late, we've been lucky if the service works at all, especially in the mornings or at night during "peak hours". This is with 3 bars of signal strength, with the 4th on an off according to their own antenna's meter, which leads me to believe it's not an issue on my end/at my house. And through all of this, calls to the company have resulted in employees who, while being friendly, weren't particularly helpful, eventually leading to speaking with the owner who is not only rude, but very stubbornly insists "it's your problem". Steer clear of this crap, especially given the 3 year contract... go with the other guys (Wi-Power, I think?) if you have to have this type of ISP.
