They destroyed my yard. Won t call me to fix damage. Stay away. Driver left my yard without bringing it to my attention.

Gotta tell you, seeing all these 1-star reviews... We live in Hartford CT and have used TLC for a few years now, and we have been very pleased. They have been prompt, the folks who show up are knowledgeable, and our lawn improved noticeably the first year they showed up.... i.e. better results than other services we contracted with in the past.

They do not come on time, put down less chemicals than they are supposed to, and you sit on hold for more than hour waiting for their customer service. My lawn looks worse than ever.

I hired them also to do my lawn WHAT a bad choice that was. My lawn looks horrible, I have more weeds than I ever had since using them. I also notice that my entire yard was not treated. I highly recommend you do your research before going with them. And now they want money for work that was not completely done and service that looks like crap. I could have done the work myself or hired my 8 year nephew to do the job.

Horrible company. First time signing up with them and definitely the last. Claimed they were at my house twice but never left any paperwork behind. My lawn looked and felt worse than it did when i put down scotts treatment myself. I questioned them on all of this and all they kept asking for is the money. Still fighting with them over the cost because $0 is too much because i am going to have spend double next year just to get my lawn back!

This is the WORST lawn care company I have EVER had the dis-pleasure of working with. Don't be fooled by the low cost...It's no longer low cost when you're forced to spend $2,000 to repair/replace shrubs, flower beds and tracts of lawn due to this companys' negligence and incompetence.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!



Horrible experience, abysmal customer service. Never had more weeds until this cpmpany came around. After I fired them, total harassment to pay for services that didn't work. I was charged for weed treatment, but I should have interpreted that as weed fertilized, and my lawn NEVER looked worse. Plenty of choices out there folks, don't pick these guys, you'll be sorry. Search the web, dozens and dozens of reviews on other sites as well panning this operation. STAY CLEAR!
