Our main office is located in Shreveport, Louisiana with clinics in Coushatta, Mansfield, Minden, Natchitoches and Ruston. We also treat Orthotics and Prosthetics patients in skilled nursing facilities throughout North Louisiana. Certified Limb and Brace is fully certified by The American Board for Certification and is recognized as one of the top Orthotics and Prosthetics facilities in the United States.
