Quality Dry Cleaning

I dropped a large item off, discussed dry cleaning it even though it could tear and asked them to move forward because I needed it done. Came back a week later (as directed) to pick it up and they didn’t clean it because the tag said spot clean only. Never bothered to call to tell me they now were not going to do it. No apologies for not calling just smug about it. I had to drive the item back to the valley dirty to have it dry cleaned and then back up here.
