Zsa Zsa's

Not only was the quality of work that Tammy performed poor but her professionalism handling my dislike for her work was bad too. Tammy, owner of Zsa Zsa's, microbladed my eyebrows. After spending nearly 2 hours drawing my eyebrows on perfectly, she started the process. Unfortunately the numbing cream did not work for me so I felt every blade stroke. This obviously is not Tammy's fault but my eyebrows began to swell as a result. Instead of stopping as the swelling continued, Tammy kept going. After 2 hours of her blading, I was so swollen I looked like I had been beaten up. I paid for my "service" including a tip as Tammy assured me as soon as the swelling went down my eyebrows would look great. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I contacted Tammy via phone and text multiple times over the next few days because the swelling continued and my eyebrows looked horrible. Tammy said she had never had a case where the numbing cream didn't work and advised me that she needed to consult with her teacher to see if everything was ok. Tammy called me back to tell me it will be fine and the swelling would eventually go down. It eventually did but my eyebrows do not look any better. One is square while the other is round. They are way too thick for my liking and the arch on one side is significantly higher than the other side. They look NOTHING like what Tammy drew on prior to started. Again, I reached out to Tammy to tell her I am concerned because I do not like them. She told me that when I come back for my 8 week touch up she would do her best of get them right. Red flag right there. I decided to have someone else that exclusively does microblading take a look at them and see if she could fix them. She told me that the blade strokes are bad (they are going in different directions) and the ink was done too deeply. She advised the only way to fix them is to have laser tattoo removal or let them wear off with time. I advised Tammy of this and asked if she would be willing to have her teacher come in for my 8 week touch up so her teacher can help her fix them. Tammy refused. I then advised Tammy that I can not risk coming back for the 8 week check up and them looking worse than they already do. Tammy then told me it was my fault my eyebrows swelled up so much because the numbing cream didn't work. I asked Tammy to return half of what I paid since I am so unhappy with her "service" and will not be coming back for the 8 week check up. Tammy said she has done many other eyebrows and no one has had an issue and since she rendered a service she would not return my money. Never use this salon. The work is poorly done, Tammy is very unprofessional and is unwilling to accept when she has done poor work and return money for her poor "services".

In all my 30 years of getting my hair done I have never been happier. Tammy takes professional care with the amazing color and my cut is always perfect. She takes her time to make sure it's exactly what I want. I have been coming here for 6 years and the compliments keep coming. Several women have gone to Tammy after seeing my hair. Thank you Zsa Zsa!!

This was the worst experience I've ever had as did my daughter. Tammy is very unprofessional, greedy and evil!!!!!! She speaks badly about every client that walked out of there as I was there for hrs as she destroyed the hair and ruined my daughter eyebrows that she had to pencil them in to cover the bare spots!!!!!!!

Absolutely love Zsa Zsa's! Warm feel about the place. Everyone is super nice and my hair always looks great! Feel so relaxed after my shampoo cut and color. Im always getting compliments. Tammy is awesome!

This was the most unprofessional place that I ever had my hair done at. The worst part was the owner, Tammy, was the one who did my hair. Also if you wish to sit for 4 hours at a time and come out with fried hair then I highly recommend this salon.
